05 You stay in control

Autonomous does not mean uncontrolled.

You decide how much Vela may do on its own. Little at first, more later. Always traceable.

Level 1Vela suggests, you act.
Level 2Vela prepares everything, you approve.
Level 3Vela handles on its own whatever you have cleared it for.

Nothing goes out without youEmails, posts and proposals come to you for approval first.
Every email is checked firstRecipient, tone, placeholders, duplicates: a reviewer looks it over before you see it.
You see who is working on whatEvery department shows its task, its status and why it is doing it.
Ask, don’t guessIf something is missing, you get a clear question with a button instead of a silent assumption.

06 Your own hardware

Your data stays with you.

Vela can run entirely on your own computer, on your premises. What is confidential never leaves the building.

  • A local language model for everything confidential, right on the box.
  • Large cloud models only where you explicitly allow them, area by area.
  • Can be operated in line with the GDPR. Together we draw up the data plan: what may go where, and what may not.
  • For example on a Mac Studio. Other hardware works too; we will advise you.

Whether your operation is compliant in the end also depends on your processes. We help with that, but it does not replace legal advice.
