This translation is provided for convenience. The German version is legally binding.
In short: this website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools. Fonts, images, videos and scripts are hosted on our own server. No data is sent to Google or other third parties when you visit.

Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you visit, Vercel processes technically necessary data in server log files, such as IP address, time, requested address and browser identifier, in order to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Language selection
The website is available in German, English and Chinese. On your first visit it picks the language based on your browser’s language setting. If you switch the language yourself, your browser remembers this choice locally (local storage, entry “gz-lang”). This information is not sent to us, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings. The legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, because storing it is strictly necessary for the language choice you requested.
Event dates on the home page
The list of upcoming evenings is loaded from our own server (app.gamechangerz.io, running on a server of IONOS SE in Germany). Your IP address and technical connection data are transmitted and briefly stored in log files. No cookies are set. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact form
When you submit the “Let’s talk” form, we transmit your email address, the topics you selected and, if provided, your name and company to our own server (app.gamechangerz.io, running on a server of IONOS SE in Germany). There we store the request in our contact management system in order to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). No cookies are set. We delete the data when it is no longer needed for the request and no retention obligations apply. You can request information or deletion at any time.
Contact by email
When you write to us, we process your details in order to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Our emails run via Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited). We delete the data when it is no longer needed and no retention obligations apply.
Links to other services
The site links to our Future Lab (zukunftslabor.gamechangerz.io) and, for evenings, to registration pages such as Luma. Data is only transmitted to such a service once you click the link. Its own privacy notice then applies.
