RAMROD Privacy Policy

RAMROD is an inventory intake and marketplace preparation tool operated by Gamechangerz UG.

What RAMROD Does

RAMROD helps identify, describe, price and route collectible goods, games, toys and related inventory for resale workflows.

Data Processed

• item photos
• item titles and descriptions
• inventory identifiers such as SKU and box location
• marketplace listing metadata
• seller account authorization metadata required to connect marketplace APIs
• order and fulfillment information where a marketplace connection is enabled

RAMROD does not need eBay account passwords. Marketplace access is handled through eBay authorization flows and access tokens.

Purpose of Processing

Data is processed to identify and catalogue inventory, estimate resale prices, create listing drafts, route items to marketplaces, synchronize sold or reserved states, and support fulfillment workflows.

Third-Party Services

Depending on configuration, RAMROD may exchange limited item and listing data with eBay, OpenAI, marketplace research providers, shipping providers and shop systems. Only the data required for the configured workflow is transmitted.

Account Deletion and Marketplace Notifications

If a marketplace user disconnects RAMROD or requests account deletion through eBay, RAMROD receives and acknowledges the marketplace account deletion notification and removes or anonymizes marketplace user data unless retention is required by law.
